My husband and I had a glorious day trip with Morocco Expert Tours in September. Arranging our day to Essaouira was completed promptly and with excellent communication. Our stop along the way to see the goats in the argan trees was a real treat. Essauoira is a picturesque seaside town and we had a terrific lunch with seafood chosen fresh from the water. Youssef, our guide and Mohammed our experienced driver were terrific to travel with. Youssef gave wonderful historical facts and commentary and kept us humoured by riddles en route. Many thanks to Hamid for helping with the arrangements.

Morocco Expert Tours took me throughout Morocco, from Casablanca, to Rabat, Meknes, Fes, Merzouga, through the gorges and into Marrakech. The company booked me into beautiful riads in each city. The guides and drivers were incredibly attentive, reliable and sensitive to my needs. By the end of the two weeks, I felt like family. I can’t say enough good about this touring company.

After researching numerous tour companies via reviews, articles, and websites, I contacted the top contenders by email, asking about the possibility of a custom trip in late December. Needless to say, Youssef was by far the friendliest, most professional and accommodating correspondent, which tipped the scale in deciding on MET.

With only about 5 full days to travel in Morocco, Mr. Youssef organized the perfect trip, including visits to as many sites/cities as possible between our pickup from the ferry port in Tangier Med, to our drop-off at the airport in Casablanca. Youssef was always professional, flexible, and welcoming in our email conversations. During the planning process I was also in contact with Mr. Hamid, who was equally helpful and even reassured me that everything would be fine when we had to change our pickup plans less than 24 hours in advance due to the closure of the ferry port we had originally planned to leave from in Spain. We enjoyed our 2015 trip to Morocco so much we knew we had to come back. Youssef at MET made our first trip so memorable that there was no question he would be our guide again. Two places we were not able to get to on our first trip were Essaouira and Chechaouen. Youssef built a fantastic itinerary for us to visit both.

Essaouira is a beautiful seaside port city with a lovely medina. Youssef took us to the fishing port – a fantastic experience to see the local fisherman and the catch of the day. He then took us to a nearby stall for lunch where we got to pick our own fish to be grilled up. This was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in Morocco. Two days ago I returned from a 2-week sightseeing tour of Morocco with MET. Words cannot describe how fabulous it was! Firstly, Morocco Expert Tours has the most professional, friendly, knowledgeable and personable guides. We felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. There were 3 in our group and all our wishes and desires were met, whether it was stopping for a photo, buying water, or looking for fossils along the road. The country was breathtaking beautiful, and the roads were excellent. We stayed in beautiful riads, ate local food with our guides, took camels into the desert, rode galloping horses along the Atlantic! I am still dreaming about Morocco. Definitely want to return some day. Oh, the food…did I mention the food…absolutely delicious! We enjoyed our itinerary, as it was a 14 day loop starting in Casablanca, going North to the South, all arrangements arranged by the tour agency. Thank you, MET, Youssef, Mohammed (Eye Lashes)- our driver, and Mohammed and Hassan, our wonderful guides, and Youssef, our driver and guide who drove us from Essaouria to Marrakech to Casablanca.
