Day 1: Marrakech – Arrival Day
Upon your arrival at the airport, our friendly team will be there to greet you and whisk you away to your riad nestled within the historic Medina. Once you’ve checked in, take some time to settle in and unwind after your journey. Overnight, you’ll enjoy the comfort and tranquility of your accommodations at Riad Caesar, where you’ll wake up refreshed and ready to embark on your Moroccan adventure. Bed and breakfast are included, ensuring you start your day on the right foot with a delicious morning meal.
Day 2: Exploring Marrakech
After a leisurely late breakfast in your riad, get ready to immerse yourself in the vibrant sights and rich history of Marrakech, known as “the red city of Morocco”. Accompanied by your knowledgeable guide, you’ll embark on a captivating journey through the city’s most iconic landmarks.
Our first stop is the renowned Saadian Tombs, where you’ll marvel at the intricate architecture and learn about their fascinating history. Next, we’ll explore the opulent Palaces of El Bahia and El Badi, offering insights into the lavish lifestyles of Morocco’s rulers.
Continuing our exploration, we’ll visit the historic Ben Youssef Coranique School, where you’ll gain insight into traditional Islamic education and architecture.
For lunch, we’ll treat ourselves to a delicious meal at a restaurant near the bustling square, sampling the flavors of Moroccan cuisine.
In the afternoon, we’ll stroll through the serene beauty of the Majorelle Gardens, with their vibrant botanical displays and striking blue architecture. Our final stop of the day is the iconic Koutoubia Tower, where you’ll be captivated by its towering minaret and stunning views.

Day 3: Marrakech – Tizi Ntchka pass – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
After a delightful breakfast at your riad, it’s time to hit the road for an unforgettable journey to Ouarzazate. Our route will take us through the famous Tizi Ntichka pass, a breathtaking mountain pass rising to an elevation of 2260 meters, offering panoramic views of the majestic High Atlas Mountains.
Our first stop of the day is the renowned Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the largest kasbah in Morocco. Built in the late 19th century by the esteemed Berber chieftain El Glaoui Ethami, this historic fortress is steeped in centuries of rich history and culture.
Continuing our journey, we’ll pass through the picturesque Dades Valley via Ouarzazate, affectionately known as “the Hollywood of Africa” for its role as a filming location for numerous blockbuster movies. After a delightful lunch, our adventure continues to the charming village of Kalaa M’gouna, famous for its fragrant roses and rose products.
As we traverse the road of the thousand kasbahs, you’ll have ample opportunities to capture the stunning beauty of Morocco’s landscape with your camera. Finally, we’ll arrive at our overnight accommodations at Hotel Xaluca Dades, where you can unwind and enjoy a delicious dinner before retiring for the night. Dinner, bed, and breakfast are included, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Day 4: Dades Gorge – Todra Gorge – Merzouga
Following a luxurious breakfast at your accommodation, we’ll embark on another day of exploration through the stunning Dades Valley. Our first stop will be to marvel at the fascinating rock formations known as “the monkey toes”, followed by a visit to the historic 19th-century Kasbah of Ait Yul.
Leaving the Dades Valley behind, we’ll journey towards Tinrghir and the Todra Valley, where you’ll be treated to panoramic views of ancient mud Berber villages perched atop the valley’s cliffs. Lunch will be served at a restaurant nestled beneath the towering 200-meter-high red cliffs of the gorge, a favorite spot for rock climbers from around the world.
Continuing our adventure, we’ll pass through Erfoud and Rissani before traversing the open expanse of the black desert en route to the village of Merzouga. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a refreshing glass of mint tea before checking in to your riad at Nezha.
For those seeking an extra dose of adventure, an optional camel trek and overnight stay at a desert camp are available. Alternatively, you can opt to relax and unwind at the riad. Either way, dinner, bed, and breakfast are included, ensuring you have a comfortable and memorable stay.
Day 5: Merzouga – Midelt – Cedar Forest – Ifrane – Fez
As the first light of dawn begins to paint the sky with hues of gold and pink, your camel guide will gently rouse you from sleep, inviting you to witness what may very well be the most breathtaking sunrise of your life. Take a moment to savor the tranquility of the desert as the sun casts its warm glow over the dunes, a truly unforgettable experience.
Afterwards, we’ll embark on a camel trek back to your riad in Merzouga, allowing you to soak in the serenity of the desert landscape one last time before our journey continues.
Following a hearty breakfast at the riad, we’ll bid farewell to Merzouga and set off for the imperial city of Fes. Our scenic route will take us through the charming towns of Midelt and Azrou, offering glimpses of Morocco’s diverse landscapes along the way.
As we traverse the rich Ziz Gorges, carved through volcanic rock, and ascend the Tizi Ntalghamt Pass to Midelt, we’ll pause in Zaida for a delightful barbecue lunch and a refreshing glass of mint tea.
Continuing our journey, we’ll visit Azrou, a picturesque Berber village nestled in the Middle Atlas Mountains, where we’ll have the opportunity to observe the playful Barbary apes in their natural habitat within the famous Cedar forest.
Our next stop is Ifrane, often referred to as “the French village” for its charming European-inspired architecture. Here, we’ll take a moment to capture a memorable photo or enjoy a leisurely drink before making our way to our accommodations in Fes.
Upon arrival at Riad Yacout, you’ll have the chance to relax and unwind after a day of travel, immersing yourself in the traditional Moroccan hospitality and comfort of your riad. Bed and breakfast are included, ensuring you start the next day feeling rejuvenated and ready for more adventures.
Day 6: Exploring Fez
Immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Fes as we spend the day exploring its ancient medina, a labyrinth of narrow alleys and bustling souks that offer a glimpse into Morocco’s storied past.
Our journey begins with a visit to the famed tanneries, where you’ll witness the age-old craft of leather-making and marvel at the vibrant hues of dyed hides laid out to dry in the sun. Next, we’ll explore the majestic Quaraouine Mosque, one of the oldest universities in the world and a symbol of Fes’ rich intellectual heritage.
Continuing our exploration, we’ll wander through the Jewish quarter, where centuries-old synagogues and historic landmarks offer insight into the city’s diverse cultural heritage. Our journey will also take us past the royal palace gate, a testament to Morocco’s regal history and architectural grandeur.
After a morning of discovery, we’ll indulge in a delicious lunch at a typical Moroccan restaurant in the medina, sampling an array of traditional dishes bursting with flavor and spices.
In the afternoon, we’ll ascend to the Merinid Tombs, where you’ll be treated to a breathtaking panoramic view of the city below, offering a unique perspective on Fes’ intricate architecture and ancient skyline.
Before returning to your riad, we’ll take a leisurely stroll through the new city, where modernity meets tradition in the bustling streets and vibrant markets.

Day 7: Fez – Meknes – Volubilis – Rabat
After indulging in a delicious breakfast at your riad, we’ll hit the road for an enriching journey to Meknes and Volubilis, two gems of Moroccan history and heritage.
Our first stop is Meknes, a significant imperial city steeped in history and culture. Known as the Ismaili capital of Morocco, Meknes boasts architectural wonders that reflect its illustrious past. Here, you’ll marvel at the grandeur of the famous Bab Mansour gate, a masterpiece of Moroccan craftsmanship. We’ll also visit the Sahrij Souani Bassin, an impressive water reservoir built by Sultan Moulay Ismail, and pay our respects at the Mulay Ismail Mausoleum, a testament to the city’s royal legacy.

During our time in Rabat, you’ll have the opportunity to visit iconic landmarks such as the Mausoleum, the Hassan Tower, and the picturesque Oudaya Kasbah, each offering unique insights into Morocco’s rich history and cultural heritage.
Following our exploration of Rabat, we’ll make our way to Casablanca, where your tour will conclude based on the departure time of your flight. Whether it’s a leisurely exploration of the city or a direct transfer to the airport, we’ll ensure a seamless end to your Moroccan adventure.
As your journey comes to a close, our team will accompany you to the airport, where you’ll bid farewell to the enchanting land of Morocco.
